Welcome to the Andamios Tenerife website (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). By accessing and using this website, as well as by hiring any of our scaffold tower rental services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
1. General Information
Andamios Tenerife is a company specializing in the rental of aluminum scaffold towers, based in Costa Adeje, Tenerife (38660).

2. Services
The Company offers the rental of aluminum scaffold towers in various heights (3.2 m, 5.2 m, 6.2 m, 7.2 m, and 8.2 m), as well as solutions tailored to specific projects.
The client is responsible for accurately specifying the project requirements so that the Company can recommend the appropriate equipment.
3. Reservations
Reservations can be made through the online booking form on this website, via WhatsApp, or by email. A reservation will only be considered confirmed once it has been expressly accepted by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation in case of lack of equipment availability or other justified circumstances.
4. Rental Duration
The minimum rental period is 1 day. The client must specify the expected rental duration at the time of booking. If an extension is needed, the client must notify the Company as early as possible, subject to availability.
5. Prices and Payment Method
All listed prices correspond to the rental of the equipment for the agreed period. Payment is made in cash at the time of equipment delivery.
The Company reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. Prices confirmed at the time of booking will not be affected by subsequent changes.
5a. Security Deposit
At the time of equipment delivery, the client must pay a security deposit in cash. The amount of the deposit will be calculated based on:

The agreed rental period
The exact deposit amount will be communicated to the client upon reservation confirmation. The deposit will be fully refunded after the rental period ends and once the equipment has been checked and confirmed to be returned in good condition, without damage or missing parts.
In the event of damage, loss, or missing parts, the Company reserves the right to retain all or part of the deposit to cover repair or replacement costs.
6. Delivery and Collection
The Company will agree with the client on the date, time, and location for delivery and collection of the equipment. The client must ensure that there is adequate access for delivery and collection.
7. Client Obligations
The client agrees to:

Use the equipment only for its intended purposes and in accordance with the instructions provided

Not lend, sublet, or transfer the equipment to third parties without prior authorization from the Company

Return the equipment in the same condition in which it was delivered, clean and undamaged

Immediately notify the Company of any damage, malfunction, or accident involving the equipment
8. Liability for Damage and Loss
The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the rented equipment during the rental period. The cost of repair or replacement of damaged or lost equipment will be borne by the client.
The Company is not responsible for damage to third parties or to the client’s property resulting from improper use of the equipment.
9. Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated to the Company as early as possible via WhatsApp or email. Each case will be reviewed individually.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including adverse weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (texts, images, logos, and design) is the property of Andamios Tenerife and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
12. Modifications to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on this website.
13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the provision of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
