RETURN POLICY
At Andamios Tenerife, we want to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. Below are the conditions applicable to cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation by the customer
The customer can cancel their reservation by contacting the Company via WhatsApp or email as far in advance as possible.
Cancellation with more than 48 hours' notice: full refund of the security deposit paid.
Cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice: The Company reserves the right to retain up to 50% of the security deposit for management and logistics costs.
Cancellation on the same day as delivery or non-show: the security deposit will not be refunded.
2. Cancellation by the Company
In the event that the Company has to cancel the reservation due to its own reasons (lack of availability of equipment, force majeure or other justified circumstances), the full refund of the security deposit paid by the client will be made.
3. Return of the security deposit
The security deposit will be returned to the customer in cash upon collection of the equipment, provided that:
The equipment must be returned within the agreed timeframe.
The equipment is in good condition, with no damage or missing parts.
There are no outstanding debts related to the rent.
In case of damage, loss or missing parts, the Company will retain from the deposit the amount corresponding to the repair or replacement of the affected material.
4. Return method
Since payments are made in cash, refunds will also be made in cash at the time of equipment collection.
