Renting a scaffold tower shouldn't be complicated. And yet, many customers write to us with the same questions: "How long until it arrives?", "Who assembles it?", "Do I need to be there myself?" So we wanted to explain, with complete transparency, exactly what happens from the moment you contact us to the moment we collect the equipment from your site.
Step 1: Request and quote
It all starts with a message. You can write to us on WhatsApp, fill in the form on our website, or call us directly. We need to know three things: what working height you need, how many days you'll be using the tower, and which part of Tenerife the job is in. With that information, we confirm availability and give you a fixed quote — including transport and assembly — in under 24 hours. No small print, no costs that appear later.

Step 2: Delivery to your site
Once the quote is confirmed, we arrange a delivery date and time slot that works for you. Our team transports the tower to the address you give us, anywhere on the island: Costa Adeje, Santa Cruz, La Laguna, Puerto de la Cruz, or the south and north of Tenerife.
You don't need to have anything ready beforehand, other than access to the spot where the tower will be installed.
Step 3: Professional assembly and use
This is the part that reassures our customers most: you don't have to assemble anything yourself. Our qualified staff erect the tower following European standard EN 1004, check that everything is stable and safe, and leave it ready for you to work on. From that point on, the tower is yours for the whole rental period. You can use it for whatever hours and days you need, at your own pace.
Step 4: Dismantling and collection
When the rental period ends (or if you finish early and let us know), our team returns to the site, dismantles the tower, and takes it away. You don't have to handle any logistics or storage. If you need to extend the rental by a few more days, just let us know in advance — it's as simple as sending a message.
